Not much of an achievement but I thought it was funny enough to share.

At a set of lights with the mrs.

A Nova GTE with 2 spotty oinks and their snatch in the back pulled up next to me at the lights.

I couldn't believe it when they started revving the engine and then when the mrs told me they were looking over at the car sizing it up, I p*ssed myself laughing.

Anyway I let them pull away on Amba with their "jumbo jet" exhaust and wide wheel arches with extra low profile tyres on split rims which looked like they cost three times more than the car itself. I decided to press the green launch button on my traction control and hit the gas, While the revs were bouncing of 4000 rpm, I decided to slip the clutch and we were off. Caught them in first gear and changed to second, had to take foot of gas completely to avoid shooting past them.

I pulled along side and heard the high pitch rev limiter of the nova kicking in at about 5500 rpm in second gear LOL.

They were leaning forward as you do when you are young because you think it makes the car go quicker.

Anyway to sum it all up, the mrs did a classic and wagged the finger at them (not the index) as if to say tut tut, then I looked over gave the snatch in the back a little wink and took the Zed up to 6,000 in 2nd. Couldn't see them in them mirror.

At the next set of lights they pulled along size, wouldn't look over. They weren't smiling or talking. The lights went Amba and they were still there. They went green and they poodled along like they were running in the engine - like a dog with its tail between it's legs.

Yeah, Yeah I know, pick on someone your own size LMAO

They need to be taught, They think they are in fast and furious,

at least when I had my 1.1 fiesta I had more sense than to race anything off of the lights, I used to try and get the car up to a decent speed (about 90 in a fiesta) and then use that to take people unaware :)

Ha ha. I once saw the afore mentioned car with "ALL NOVA YOU" on the back windscreen.

oh dear.

Not as bad as the one that says "Sexual InterCORSA!" How very sad.

Or the one that says you've been NOVA taken!
