As the zed will be painted hopefully in the next few weeks I thought I would pick brains on parts.

Service costs etc.

What would full brakes cost and suspension. Not really looking at high end stuff yet but reasonable priced then I will build up from there as for the moment I just want my car on the road.

You're probably looking at approx £1k for discs & pads all round (decent std quality) and a cambelt service. (Perhaps a little more/less)

If you're up to it, you can do it yourself and save quite a bit on labour. (However as you'll no doubt be aware, theses cars are not really a handy man's diy proposition but if you're brave, give it a go, if you get stuck you can get help)

....... I never fully read...I thought service and brakes. Suspension- new std shocks and springs will cost almost as much as KYB shocks and decent springs. Proba c£400 if you shop around (parts prices, not inc labour)
