water from expession bottle?

Hi,

 

I have noticed to night when I turned the car off some water came from the right side of the car and ran down the path. This is the second time its happened in the last 2 weeks. I checked water level and looks fine, I just assumed it came from the expansion bottle. could it be anything else?
