hi i have blue smoke on startup ,but not every time only from passenger side exhaust. It was smoking same before new turbos go on any one know how to find problem, witch one out of this creates blue smoke PCV valve ,piston rings ,valve stem seals or smeone knows other problems.Running strait exhaust .Thanks

Whenever an engine ingests oil, it will produce blue smoke.

If it only happens at start-up, and is visibly worse the longer it has been stood, it could well be the valve stem oil seals.

Have a look in the plenum via the balance bar ports, see if there is a lot of oil in there. If so, remove the PCV system from the equation to test.

Did the old turbos fail? Are the intercooler pipes full of oil? Just something to check for, won't have any bearing on smoking from just the passenger side.

Are you sure it doesn't smoke under boost?

Worn piston rings result in smoking all the time and the engine will breathe heavily through the dipstick, oil filler cap & breather system.
