Stock Oil cooler

Can someone confirm whether the stock European spec oil cooler hose has a restrictor inside it?

 

The Japan and USDM smaller return hose (directly off the cooler) has a restrictor in the hose. I have a used european hose and it doesn't appear to have the restrictor in it but seeing I bought it used I have no clue who may have altered it, if it is supposed to have it.

    can not remember any restrictor in the original oil cooler setup when I changed mine
