Well the tt engine here so 1st job compression test on it if all ok with numbers I'll start breaking the engine down and replace gaskets and seals new injectors and hoses also the candy paint here looks nice just waiting for the rest to turn up and got too pay for some gear next wk happy days

Looking good mate, take note to be careful when refitting plenum not to catch the rocker cover near the oil filler like I did, took a chunk of paint off while wrestling it on while fitting PVC hose lol

Well all stop for the mo as there management restructure at work ie redundancy so over the last 3-4 months it's been interviews after interview phase tests and structures and role profile if I keep my job I'll be red ringed as I'm payd over the top on the plus side I work nights not every ones cup of tea but Iv had too go the next grade up witch iv never wanted too do so hope we fined out by next wk where we stand

Well did some more and just too see what the rockers look like don't like the fuel rail so poss polish that or do it red as well do need some help with the oil and water lines for the turbos if anyone got photos that wood be very handy

Think I worded it wrong iv got braided from the fuel filter but was talking about where the injectors sit

Well been looking for chrome injector fuel rails or changing them blimey 700.00 dollars is the cheapest can't pay that sort of cash out so its paint them shame it wood have looked good

Thanks baz im glad too was haveing bad thourghts of May have too sell engine car and all the parts but as its all good I can push on iv got too wait 4 wks for the new turbos as the ones I put the new kit on got a crack in the exhaust part where the flap opens I'll do more photos as I go along

Well just went too put the turbo oil line on the engine bugger don't fit wrong lines fare too long and the bolt that goes in the engine too small so ordered diffrent braided oil lines

Had some stuff turn up some more candy red and the silver glitter paint new spay gun but missing one of the guns got a box of gloves instead of tack clothes and some new parts for the compressor also missing the oil water catch for the gun so one part im happy and I'm not ho still no turbos 8 wks know ffs was told 4-6 wks

Ahh, big A left his job then. Next time I'm over your way I'll pop in for a brew and make sure you are all set up correctly for the big paint job, remembering I was paint finisher/sprayer before the Queen employed me and I still spray for the lads and lasses in the RAF, if they can afford me lol.
