gearbox mount

hello guys, I'm getting the parts together to do my manual conversion and just wanted to know if there is a difference between manual and auto gearbox mount? and if there interchangeable

    im pretty sure it must be to do with the rubber within the mount, as all the holes appear to be in the same place, i spent 40 minuets under the car yesterday with callipers and a tape measure doing my best to take some measurements and i cant find and reason it cant bolt on.
