The refurb place can't do the red ring, I would consider new nuts, and the centre caps don't come in red and the current spray job is flaky. The brakes are black, what do we think?

I like the white but I've never been a fan of the red stripe, sorry.

 

My first Celica (which was red) had white wheels and she looked lovely :)

See your pic Tom i would say b no strip.as for the other pic with three pics .now like you said the hard race look .deff black but u said u didnt want that rCe hard look. So with these pics for norm i would say sliver.and a bit of class the shadow chrome. Same you didnt have the full montey money shot.full on bling chrome.

If your going with the white no strip looks best u could always try it with some coloured wheel nuts see what it looks like
