On my MOT the Advisory Items listed,

1. Offside Steering rack gaiter deteriorated.

2 & 3. Offside & Nearside Track rod end ball joint dust cover deteriorated.

4. Slight play Offside rear steering arm (HICAS)

As they are replaced by size, can someone tell me what size fits the track rod ends & gaiter ?

& I take it there must be some wear in the steering arm bushes? (HICAS) where can I get from if this is the case.

Jeff at Zworld can not help with the dust covers.

Cheers Art

Pretty sure iirc s13 or 14 I think both are the same gaitors and track rod ends are the same which can be sourced from the likes of euro car parts for sensible money. I would also do both, replace the track rod ball joint and while they are off you can do the steering rack gaitors, easier that way and you won't be pusses off taking it apart to do the other side next year when find that ones gone.
