Was playing the Xbox while my missus was at the gym earlier.

Get a phone call from her in tears, turns out some scum bag ******* has cut the lock that was securing her bike to her friends and the bike rack and stole her new bike.

She had only had it a few months and was a birthday present from me.

The leasure center said they will check the CCTV tomorrow but if we are completely honest with ourselves won't help get it back or find the shit bag that ponced it.

Other issue is that we don't have contents insurance either so can't even claim for a new bike.

I feel so bad for her as she's still so upset.

I'd love the chance to use the bolt cutters the thief used to cut all his fingers off!!!

Absolutely hate thieves, they should be publicly flogged and branded on the head so everyone can see just who and what they are.

cheers guys but we are pretty much resigned to the fact that it is gone for good.

one of my mates said when they used to work at that leasure centre, bike thefts were an everyday occurance and that the cctv there is so shit that it can barely make out the shape of a person, let alone get an image of their face.

The missus has been in contact several times today with leisure world but they keep fobbing her off saying they will get back to her but as of yet, surprise surprise, they haven't bothered.
