Well, whatdayathink?

Seems I'm on my own on this one, as the rest of the country thinks that she was the second comming of the Virgin Mary.

As far as I can see, she was a dim little Lady No-one hanging around Sloan Square. Went into a difficult/impossible marriage with her eyes open. Cultivated the media and the fashion world.

Signed her name on a few worthy charities, shook hands with an AIDS sufferer, and spent the rest of the time seeing how many different knobs she could get up her!

All these revelations come out about all the guy's she had been with and no-one points the finger! To my mind she was worse than JORDAN!

I didnät read the whole thread, so it may have been answered. But who Diana are you talking about, the princess?

Yup. And this thread's 3 years old.

Oh, didn't notice that, sorry.

I'm a bit of a fan of our Royal family, if for no other reason than the fact that the rest of the world wishes they still had one! I think they do a lot of good trade wise, and remind the rest of the world that we are still here. Yup, they're as screwed up as the next family, I don't have a problem with that......

it's just that bloody DIANA I can't stand.

She lived, she married, she looked coy and cute in a load of pictures, she joined a couple of charities, she schemed and plotted, shagged her way around Mayfair, South of France and North Africa and then she died.

In 50 years she'll be remembered as 'that pretty blonde who was married to Charles', not as some Mother Teresa type character who saved thousands/millions.

She's DEAD. GET OVER IT!

Amen Brother

I seriously thought I was alone in the world for hating the scheming, media attention grabbing, manipulative bitch-slapper! :x:

I should have known better as we are (mostly) like minded folk here ;)

Richard :D

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Heh heh, neither did I until I went back to the start and saw the "Brunel" thread about Greatest Britons :nelson:

Who keep digging up old threads, give them a big :mac1:

I know someone that worked for her and they reckoned she was a right bitch and nothing like the image she portrayed to the public.

""and how many other fairly nice people are there in Britain ?!""

Is it just me but does this not sound a bit cheeky????? I think I am a fairly nice person...
