someone had deleted the water supply to your turbo or turbos ... Prob due to a water bypass or making the turbo change easier

in my opinion the water supply to the turbos should be connected .. just helps with heat and longevity of them ..

but others will say its ok to what i know there are no reports of failing turbos due to this delete but could of been done alot neater thats for sure
