Well after lots of thoughts on my new daily driver, I ended up following my head not my hart, so now I've had my car a couple of days now and I must say I'm really enjoying it,it's not as quick as my 535d M Beamer but it's not bad, and so much more refined than the Beamer, great car all round and averaging twice the mileage than the BMW it's got full AMG spec so bigger brakes bigger AMG wheels sat nav heated seats and AMG mats and a little bit more power than standard:),so my GTR is going to have to wait,unless I sell my 300 and get one anyway ummm....nahhhh...I'll keep,the 300?.

I had pretty much set my heart on that new SLC43amg.... But your post has re-awakened my desire for a v8, so I started looking at the at last of the SLK 55amg models. It's outgoing v8 vs new model v6 twin turbo...... :crying: Hell, I might make up my mind before Christmas....:lol:

Well what can I say,I’ve lived with this daily now for just over 2 years and I’ve enjoyed ever single minute of it....what a car and yes ok I’ve spent 3 million pounds on fuel but I didn’t buy it for economy:) I’ve just had too put over a grands worth of discs and pads all round and new tyres all round and a recent grands worth of serving but you cannot complain at that with nearly 500bhp on tap,so do I sell her or do I keep her for another year is my dilemma

 

 

 

Or do I draft that engine in one of my zeds lol
