Window bolt silder

Hiya.

 

The bolt that slides along the runner that goes through the window is making my window rattle like mad when half way down, I have dissembled the door card and seatbelt harness but can only see one 10mm bolt which holds only the runner in place, is there anyway this bolt can be tightened some how? It's probably just wear due to age.
