Just wondering if anyone knows of a garage i could take my Z to nearish to salisbury, Wiltshire. Want to take it to JeffTT but dont fancy taking it that far while its still in its rather unreliable state.

Thanks

Rob

Simon Norris of Norris Designs is in Wiltshire, knows some about Zeds, depends on what yer after, Interpro in Bristol used to do all the work for Paul Bailey and so know a fair bit, especially Dave Griffiths.

smithy

Give Simon a ring at Park Garage, Bournemouth, Dorset.

Yeah i agree with lazyday, Simon is very good @ park garage and looks after Kris's and mine.

Lazyday did I meet you outside Anders that day?

Cheers

Hi Mate...Im near Salisbury too. You may have seen my Zed in town...Black Twin Turbo...B15M CG is the plate. Dont know of any Zed garages around there mate...

CHRIS

Thanks for all the reply's! I'll follow up some of the links, gotta get the Z fixed. Probably give this Simon a ring first.

Chris, dont happen to drive out porton way do you? Often pass a black Z on my way home from work, it has some pretty nice after market wheels.

Cheers

Nah mate not mine...I live nearer Andover. Usually seen heading into Salisbury on A343.

Chris

Probably not you then, but porton it right on the A30 ie the way to Andover.

That means there's 2 black, 1 white and 1 super dooper grey Z in salisbury and it's only a little place! :D

Ive seen the Grey Zed coming up through Wallop from Salisbury....dont know if its the same one...flashed my lights and he ignored me ...

Ill have to keep an eye out for yours when through your area. If you ever need a hand fixing it or need the use of any tools...I have a shed full of gear..lol. Catch u later mate

Chris

hi summerlock work on mine in salisbury, they have done a lot of work ,water pump, cambelt, rad, fitted two new turbos, they do now what they are doing, mine is the red 300zx with the f40 rear wing i fault i was the only z in salisbury i live in boscomedown bean here one year have not seen any zs

Not for wanting to slander anyone but Im f***cked if i'd let Summerlock work on my car. They did an MOT on my wifes car a few years ago...and they failed it for stupid things. Im actually a former commercial fitter/mechanic and know the tolerances for certain fail/pass type things...they failed it for 8mm of free play in the steering u/j's....the limit for rack and pinion is 13mm....I appealed and I won...Never ever went back again to them.

I fly helicopters now...so a bit of a different job now...dont get my hands dirty these days..lol....Still always like to keep my hands in. Ive not seen your Zed around mate...Ill keep my eyes peeled...If you see me before I see you give us a flash ...Laters.
