ive had an intresting read and had some fun with there calculater whith the weights and power ratios, and only once been in a ten second car once and now how fast a ten secound street car really is but hey heres dreaming a. have fun. oh it funny thou that with there calculater it would take a thousand bhp to get a standerd weighing zed do ten sec but only 500 to get to the 12.5 sec. made a nice read thou and enjoy.

With a thousand hp on a zed and nothing else heavily modded you just smoke tyres and still make 12s! Some of the correct mods would see your 500hp z make a quater mile much quicker.

10 secs no lol. I'd be chuffed with low 12s or chuffed to nuts with high 11s, I'm not building a big budget monster as I say, I'm building simple as possible no nonsense little warrior. Watch this space over the next 24 months lol.

I think reading between posts we've got quite similar builds on the go dan. I haven't started the big stuff yet, it's all chassis and simplification till I've paid for the wedding.
