Anyone imported a Z without a Clearing Agent?

Help required!

 

My Z is sitting somewhere in Southampton docks! (15th May)

 

Hoegh Antwerp of Hoegh Autoliners AS was the ship & it docked in Southampton on the 15th May.

 

I have the B/L, Commercial Invoice & Japanese Export Certificate.

 

Also have a C 384 (Vessels) is this the right one?

 

All I want to do is pay the Import Duty & VAT (how, where?)

 

Go to the port & transport it home to then get work done for MOT & Register!

 

Any Z member imported without a clearing agent? Any advice appreciated.
