Hi Guys, short and sweet. installed Hids, adjusted up/down okay, tried to adjust left/right, screw i thought did it (see pic) did nothing

The worm screw has probably disintegrated or snapped as its only plastic but is a common problem. There are some write ups in the faq tech section to replace or refurbish the adjuster.

ps, lets have a look and see if you solved my hesitation problems.....

You can replace the gears with Tamiya metal gears. I can't remember which ones. They have a different number of splines however, so you need to replace both parts. I am sure a search will reveal Tamiya part numbers.
