Bit of an odd one but recently I've received two packages addressed to me but I haven't ordered them :confused:

 

The first was a vaping pen. I ordered this off ebay and it was delivered as normal, I left feedback and they did for me. So all good. However, two weeks later I was sent another one. I didn't order it but thought that they must have sent it by mistake. So I just ignored it really.

 

Today I received a Euro plug adapter. I never ordered one of these and haven't got a clue as to why I was sent it :no: I've checked my records and even tried tracking the company down via google but the company google said was based there moved 8 years ago. Or so the bloke I spoke to said he did..

 

 

I'm now beggining to think that it may be some type of fraud but can't figure out why or who it could be, since I'm getting the parcels...

 

Anyone have any ideas?

I have mate but can't see anything I can't account for..

Strange one Dave but as long as you are not being charged for the items I would not worry much and wait and see if anybody gets in touch with you about items sent to you by mistake.

Companies do make mistakes, data held on their system can corrupt and wrong labeling /picking occur, often business inter-deal with drop shipping etc. which can confuse the matter, some years I myself ordered a new monitor from on line computer parts supplier and received a full tower system minus the monitor, when I called them they said it would create too much paper work to return and just keep it, the next day the monitor came...bonus did feel a bit wrong though.

Thanks folks, I'm going to put it down to mistakes as Jeff and Gaz suggested. Since both items are low cost i.e. less than £20 for both, I'm not too bothered by guilt. If they were more expensive items I would try to return them, otherwise I would feel a bit bad..
