Hi everyone

I've got quite unusual problem. I've got a 1995 non turbo, automatic model, which since I got it has a hesitation problem when cold. I have run the codes and code 42 , fuel temperature sensor circuit fault pops up. I managed to get a new sensor, but when I opened the bonnet I noticed not only that the place where the sensor should be s empty, but also there is no connector. I] attach the photo.

Is it located elswhere in my car?

What should I do?

thanks or any advice

Tom

No image, but if there is no temp sensor in place, whats in there? something must be stopping the rad water coming out?

Maybe an earlier ecu has been fitted, check the number on the lid and post it here so it can be checked.
