OK it may seem a while away yet, but June will be upon us quicker than we think!

 

So I have two completely different meeets lined up for June and nows a good time to start asking who would like to come along and join the fun

 

First up is the Trentham Gardens Classic Car show on Fathers day Sunday 15th of June

We had a great turnout last year with no less than 16 cars exhibiting and it was a really good day out, so if you want to come along this year then get your name on the list. Lets see if we can get even more this year. Cost is £3.50 per car with up to two adults and two kids under 15

Second up, and on the following weekend Sunday June 22nd is the 26th Annual Peak Run. This is open to all classic cars and apparently attracts some real 'exotica'. Starting from Belper in Derbyshire between 80 and 100 classic cars head off on a 80 mile drive through the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District and finish at one of Derbyshire's main attractions.

 

There were one of two Zeds on the run last year (or so I am led to believe) but this year let's make a real impact and get a good turnout for what will undoubtably be a brilliant day out. Cost is £10 per car for the peak run. However there are other options for those wanting to make a weekend of it. More info is on the official website

Got a lot planed this year with the two zeds,between work and trying to get this things ready time is not on my side:-( but will try to get to some of these shows Rich,the cost of rebuilding two zeds is like having ....keeping two wife's,huge money pits and soaking up time:-),but hopefully will make these:thumbup1:

How's your car coming on now mate all issues sorted I hope? did you get them turbos sorted? My 300 is still running crap this is the coming up to over two years now:-(.

Yeah I'm in for trentham bud.

 

Peak Run can be a full weekend Thursday to Monday or Tuesday iirc.

Richard, please can you take my name off the show lists for now, my cars are being held by a trader (not on here) because of work that has been done to one of them that was neither authorised nor quoted for, so I have no Zed's to attend the shows in buddy. Hopefully my solicitor will be able to sort it out before show season ends, but for now count me out.

 

I'll pay for any that have been allocated already buddy.

Actually I think this one will be a particularly good day out - bear in mind we are joining an event that already attracts 80-100 classic and sports cars so if anyone else would also like to come along o nthe Peak Run do let me know
