I know a few people have recovered their door panels in a sort of leather/ette material, and I wondered if anyone knew a source for the material from a series II car the black suedette stuff?

Don't know about the suede stuff but you can get the leather kits from Z Centre or from http://www.katzkin.com/SITE/HTML/index.html

 

PaulG has just fitted the full interior kit and it looks great. The seat kits are ready made and just need stretching over and fixing underneath.

 

Should have some pics of my Z with it's black & silver interior this weekend.

Its not actually for me Zed, its for me S13 as it has got some sad cloth pieces masquerading as an interior!

Hi Chris, Can you send the pictures to me. I'm looking at suping up the boring interia of my zed. Black and silver sound nice. The car is silver, do you think it will clash ?

I'm sure Paul's are Katzkin leather ones and he just had to take the old seat covering off and pull the new ones on. I went down to Trax with him and they were very nice with Z logo's too.

Ask him for details/pics etc.

 

I just went for the door/console trim kit from Z Centre which is cut to shape but you have to fit to the panels yourself.

If anyone is up at PPS in Sunderland this saturday my Z is finally ready and Peter Paint Meister is well chuffed with the job he's done so it should be looking a real beast. Come along for a look.

There should be a few Z'ers meeting up if all goes well.

I might give the silver outfit a miss though... LMFAO!
