Can anyone tell me what year and trim spec that Knight Rider was?

 

I know its a Pontiac Trans AM, the seris was made i 1982 to 1986

Cool, dont worry not going to sell the Z and don a leather jacket and go out catching bad guys! but i saw one in a magazine for 3 grand and thats from a dealer so you can bet theres some even cheaper than that.

Just as an aside, some of the girls in my office used to call my black 300 Kitt ... didn't know whether that was a good or bad thing ... after all, the Trans-am is missing the 300's voluptous curves for a start.
