so i stumbled upon this and salvaged this little bundle of happiness from a wrecked scoobie

 

 

im guessing its pretty straight forward but not sure if the cross overs need a separate power feed or do they just run off the speaker wires?

In line crossovers, so just run full range in and bass and tweeter outs.

first section is input, second is output and third is tweeter output, tweeters already on them. so for the input section do i just connect the wires from the speaker direct to the crossovers? or is there a seperate line coming from the stereo?

Yes, connect the speaker outputs (left and right channel) from your amp/head unit to each crossover connections marked "input". The output connections as you have described.
