So, I had my coilovers fitted today on the Zed. Anyway, after the garage had fitted them I took the originals home and noticed something on the parts which I hadn't seen when the car had been on the ramps. I thought the car had just standard shocks/springs since they were so rusty...
I noticed some green beneath the rust and after having Teins on my previous Zed, I thought I would investigate...
Ta da! They were Teins after all! And I didn't know this in the slightest!
So, it looks like these could be useful to someone. So, I am thinking a good clean and stripping down might result in usable Teins again. Does anyone think this is a good idea knowing that I have no clue how old these are? Also, any pointers on what to use on these to make them good again?
