Hi guys I'm ordering from Z1 in a month or so and the order is on the pricey side,

Any past experiences of what you got imported etc and the price you paid etc

Just got a clutch imported from the US, cost about £270 including postage, tax was £18. Had to pay the delivery guy in cash when he delivered it.

Yeah my baskets at £5000 , really cannot be troubled with paying the £2500 just to have it here , looks like my only option is to source what I can from the uk and then get the turbos from the states as I don't know anywhere here that will do the garrett gt675

2500?!! It'd be cheaper flying over there yourself & bring it back. & hopefully not get caught at customs.

Yeah after shipping at what not , my brothers going over in June but obviously you can only have a 20kg baggage allowance and I think intercoolers , turbos , internals etc

25% is £1250 not £2500. You could always call the tax office and get a more accurate figure. Also Markderby imports from USA he would know.

Was looking myself today and it looks like the import duty is fairly low but you still have to pay the 20% VAT on the purchase cost

Yeah sorry my bad your still looking close to £2000 to bring it back with shipping though :( !
