I'm thinking of getting one and just wondered what your thoughts are on it.

PS. I'm NOT interested in an iphone.

Yep, I'm writing this on my HTC one now, I'd highly recommend it. As with all smartphones, if you use it a lot, you will get through the battery in a day, but with the power save mode and average use it'll last a day.

Very powerful phone, great camera. I would say if you have particularly small hands, reaching the whole screen can be a two handed affair, but be the judge of that if you can get hold of one!

My verdict is go for it

Sorry, with the power save mode it'll normally last 2 days I meant to say!

Not me - but it does get good write-ups and reviews.....

.....And I quite like the look of the "mini" version; I do not like the larger phones so I'd never go the regular One, the Galaxy or the I-Phone - they're too big!!!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I'm on mine and very happy with it, great screen, camera, speed. It 's slim and comfortable carried in any jeans pocket and is very robust, dropped it several times and not a scratch on it

The camera is superb, admittedly not as high a resolution as anything else on the market but the quality is second to none. I've pulled off some shots that look like they've come off an SLR.

It's quick but i would recommend unlocking it and installing some custom roms - i'm running android kitkat now and it runs brilliantly

Love the design, battery life is average but overall best phone i've owned yet.

P.S. get a screen protector and case - as indestructible as gorilla glass is supposed to be i've already put a deep scratch in the front from keys in my pocket

Phone arrived today and it's an awesome piece of kit. The sound is unbelievable for a phone. Just need to learn how to use it now :)

Think I got a good deal on it; 24 month contract 500 minutes unlimited texts & unlimited data for £27 per month. It's on t-mobile so is only using 3G but since I don't have 4G in my area, i'm not bothered.
