    ime not a fan of all that cleaning stuff for many reasons but the most important one is as an engine wears over time then all the moving parts like valve stems ect get a nice sealing line of carbon where the 2 moving parts finnish..remove this and things start to happen that can give you a bad day.Its very much like stripping the engine,cleaning all the parts like valves and rings including the ring lands and piston crowns then putting it back together in an identical reverse procedure to dismantling..i gurantee you it will smoke like a chimney and never run as quite as it did before you cleaned the internals ...
