Desperately seeking - OSF bottom suspension arm

I am desperately trying to find a part that i need to get through my MOT. The garage can only get it from Nissan, who estimate it will be some time in December!

 

If anyone can point me in the right direction, or has one from a breaker they can sell i would be very happy.

 

The ball joint needs replacing and aparantly it cant be bought separately - so the whole of the "Offside Front Bottom Suspension Arm" needs replacing. The part number is 5450037P00

 

Almost forgot, the car is a '93 LWB import NA.

    The bottom ball joint can be bought on its own and we have them on the shelf in the workshop.

    Probably a good lump cheaper than the £238 + VAT it would cost for the whole arm from Nissan.
