doing a marathon but with a twist

this saturday for charity we are doing a marathon as part of a team, its being done in relays as a 200 meter lap, the more that turns up the less laps you have to do, the plan is that if we do it in relays it means you can run as fast as you can for the 200 meters then its someone elses turn and gives you time to recover and this will be done till 26 miles are covered

the goal is to beat the record which at the moment is 2 hours and 3 mins, should be fun and we all pay to do it to hopefully raise £250 for help the children charity,

wondered if anyone is doing it as its a national thing and there are many teams all over the country taking part in this event, be good to see how quick you can do it as a team if your doing it?

will let you know the outcome on sat if anyones interested, should be fun if we dont win it atleast some money will be raised for charity
