Hi Mark, thanks for the quick reply, I have used them a lot to, just struck me as being to cheap for the weight, as for the Insurance the person I'm sending it to is happy with basic insurance.

can't stress enough they are useless..... don't use them.

i've had repeated problems with them losing and damaging items. including a nice set of R34 gtr alloys id bought off my mate, they lost them.... and refused to pay for them. there main deport was a couple of minutes walk from where i used to live in bolton too.

id recommend paisley Freight, its who i use at work now for all our long distance parts deliveries. no problems with them at all yet.

I use them quite a lot and never had a problem with them, after filling out all the details they said they could not deliver my parcel to West Sussex lol.

sorry guys i got it wrong its not parcel2go i use but myparceldelivey.co.uk

That's just the same though, they're only booking agents, same thing can go wrong with whoever you book with.

For small bits, 2, 3, 4Kgs I use parcel2go parcelshop drop with myHermes - never a problem and works well.

Larger items I am currently using http://www.ipostparcels.com which is UKMail and again no problems.

Yeah I have used before with no probs and sounds about right... I did use my hermes once and they send a pc to the wrong house in the wrong part of the country. Their computer had a right spaz and it turned out taht some post codes were linked up to teh wrong street names etc. the first and only time I used them.
