So I insured my zed on sat morning and then needing tax went to do it online, but it said the car isn't insured. So I thought perhaps it takes a while to register. Today the dvla site was down untill 5.30 so I tried again just a minuite ago and same thing! Obviously I will give footman James a ring tomorrow but just wondered if it was a common occurance?

I just want to drive my zed : (

Yep said have to wait 24 hours, which is just crazy! hopefully it is a weekend issue due to their matinence. I will give taxing via the phone a go tomorrow then

Yea it happens :) I've found easier to get them to email and then just print out policy and tax in post office, if they open of course ! Lol

Can take upto a week to show on the MID, mine showed after 3 days, in the same token if you miss a payment or cancel it can take upto 2 weeks to show as uninsured
