Has anyone flew to turkey with Pegasus airlines? We booked through direct line and although it's meant to be Thomas cook its Pegasus we fly with. Anyone the issue is we were meant to get 10kg luggage for my little girl which twice on the phone direct line said we would get however we got our tickets in and we don't get it as its Pegasus not Thomas cook. All they say they can do is refund us the excess baggage cost if we get charged for nyomis case. But that would mean paying out about £120 before we have even left for holiday. Just wondering if anyone else has flew with them with an infant?

Just pay it and claim it back like they said? Pegasus are some sort of low cost charter airline. If you get charged any extra than that dictated in your ticket/holiday, then your UK tour operator are required to refund you.

Yeah it's direct line that are gonna refund me it more the fact that it will be 120 out our holiday money till they refund it of I have to pay it. Even though on two seperate occasions we have enquired about her luggage with them and have been told she gets 10kg

Got a credit card? It is a bummer, but not the end of the world. £120 is only just over a tank of fuel for the Z32! :)
