Personally I think that spending the rest of your life in prison is the worse think.

I dont know if Washington has the death penalty however Alabama I think does so they will be trialed for that first and will probably get it there. However, they will then have to Washington for these killings and then thier will be all the appeals.

It will be a good few years if they are gonna be killed by the American Justice System if they will be.

No not at all.

I have my view and you have yours,It was the bit you said about them been far away and I never knew them.

You never knew Ayrton Arshole, but it pisses you off if anyone cracks a joke.

Then in the next breath, you go on about the starving babys in Africa, did you know them?

FFS Glen grow up!

but surely we are all discussing the death penalty Iain, not Ayrton Senna?

If we are going to debate the death penalty lets just do that eh...

State Execution not motor racing.

And as for State Execution.. I'll take it you approve then?

Cool,

if ya want to chat about Ayrton Senna then start an 'Ayrton Senna, big Brazilian tosspot or uberhero' poll....

Nice one,

Nice one,

Glen,I am trying to be real cool and nice;)

No I am not mixing exicution with motor racing:(

DO I HAVE TO SHOUT LOL?

Oh so Glen, if it was your child, brother, sister or whatever, you'd say'oh well stick him in a nice warm cell with telly, exercise, drugs and god knows what other luxuries!!!???? I agree in a way that death is too good for them, so let them be tortured by the relatives of those they killed, for a year, and then kill the fcukers themselves. Otherwise they may escape from their comfy room and terrorise us some more. Be thankful you're not a lion, they kill for no reason at all, and then he may be killed himself. Nature will take it's course. Anyone who thinks he should be kept alive is ill themselves.......... how should we deal with that? Simpathisers, I thought, belonged to people like Mr Bed Linen......

Yeah man! Peace! You killed 10 people and missed another 3! You're a dude man....let's keep you going(for the rest of your natural life) eh? ROFL :D

FFS! I laugh my arse off everyday in here!

By their very actions these people.......'sick', 'ill' or otherwise defined, have forfieted their right to exist in the society that they have treated with such contempt.

How many times have we seen people that are 'no longer a threat to society' re-offend? They sure as hell can't if they aren't drawing breath.

The killers of young Jamie Bulger actually benefited from their actions - they had a one-on-one education and have been given new identities and, one assumes, 'reasonable' jobs. That's justice at work then is it?

Who is EVER qualified to say that two children who can do that to another child are EVER fit to resume a role in society?

I think if they want to contribute to society it should be as donors for 'spare-part' surgery and organ transplants.....at least something positive may emerge from their existence.

It never ceases to amaze me how many 'civilised' and apparently 'sensible' people can oppose the death penalty for such abhorrent crimes. No, execution of these individuals is NOT going down to their level....it is the removal of a 'cancer' that is a threat to the existence and function of a society.

Errrrmmmmm so lets get this right - if found guilty we want him to suffer? I think everyones agreed on that one. However, more suffering will be caused by being imprissoned - FAR more than a couple of minutes frying in a chair ;) A life time in jail or execution - if I'm ever up for it I'll take the chair please....

And Duff word on the street is that if you were in Jail youd be BABA and giving it rather than recieving :D:D

I'd rather be locked up than fry. Think of all the books you could read and weights you could lift !!:D

I wouldn't mind being locked up in one of Her Majesty's 'oliday camps! BUT, I'm pretty sure I would NOT like to be locked up in a U.S. Federal Pen! Big, BIG difference!

HMMMMM lol all the better for this car's flailing reputation.:o

i'd have to say give him the chair!! a cold blooded killer as he is!!

the way i see it is that if he gets jail then it does'nt discourage other people doing simalar killing spree's but giving him the chair or better still making an example of him I.E hung drawn and quarterd would make evil people think twice about their unlawfull acts!!!!

  • 2 years later...

He is a nutter and killing him wont be enough. make him suffer for years dip hes balls in hot water once a week and cut hes finger tips off. then stick needles in hes eyes. PMSL. who really gives a toss. Nearly all yanks are fookin mad anyway. (natural born killers) the american way. :xxx:

ROFL:D Don't you just love people that turn the other cheek:D

No as it happens I dont LOL. Its people like that who always take the side of the w4nker that are bringing this country to its knees. I think they should all be put on a fookin island surounded by sharks with the murderers and terrorists and see whos side they take then???

Oh! am i gonna get a slagging for that???

First of all this man commited pre-meditated and well planned attacks on people.

He spent time working out how he was going to achieve this and how he would get away with it.

All of that was a cold and clear calculating mental process, not the incoherant mental process of a madman.

This man is not insane but cold and evil.

The duty of the courts is to protect us from these kinds of people, to lock him in a room for the rest of his life is not protection but only moving the problem to a place where it would be more difficult for the freak to do anything again ( not a 100% solution)

I say give it the 100% solution and let him die.

How did this get dragged up from 3 years ago? LOL
