they done a pre cat test and it still failed. it was 6%. Could it be because i removed carbon canister ? or timing is incorrect ? i replaced cas and had no timing light but i marked it put it in the same way. How to reduce emmissions :) thanks

I had one failed o2 sensor (replaced it now) and mine still passed, make of that what you like :thumbup1:.

Don't know. Just pre cat test

pull the pipe off the balance bar but dont block it, or undo another of small vacuum hoses dotted around the engine, as long as it makes the revs increase you know its one to do. then take it in, make sure the disconnected pipe isnt visible. it should pass a non cat test. Or so ive heard.

 

Then get it sorted for the next.
