Im thinking of wrapping my turbos up in that heat sheild stuff to keep the unnderbonnet temp down.

My question is is there a pre-maid jobby out there or shall i down the route of the heat soak blanket and stanlees steel cable tires. And if the later am i right in saying thats fine and wouldnt damage the tubs or hinder any thing. dont want to cause any issues.thanks?

TBH i would just to the manifolds .. as rapping the tubs would be a major pain to do ..

 

Heat blanket would work

heat blanket around the tubs then exhaust tape around the maifolds and the down pipes. got to do the down pipes as ive had new down pipes made up and all that heat soak fibre stuff has been replace with just a stainlees steel tube.
