i was talking to a guy who had a 300zx thats modded a far bit he had removed the rad over flow bottle and just had the pipe running to the ground . the rad is ment to send the water from the rad to the bottle if it gets to hot and suck it back if needed but the rad cap is a one way valve when the water is hot it can push water into the bottle cus the water can push the valve upon and push water thro it but its one way so the water never get sucked back so he removed it to let the intercooler flow better does this sound rite ? as its not a header tank is it llike in a normal car

Dan- if you want to remove it you can, just keep an eye on the level or better still fit an uprated cap to prevent pressure loss.
