300zx tt not been used for over a year what should i look for

now i have my trader ins im able to put the zed on the road, its been stood for over a year, started it yesterday and fired within a split second awsome

 

what should i be looking for or changing if i now want to put it on the road, its been garaged throughout its hibernating time with the odd wash,

 

oil i would deffo say but brake fluid, coolant ect do i need to change these?

LOL - just make sure you disable this wild security system first though......

 

 

But back to the question. If it's been sitting for a year, give it a full fluid change - oil, coolant, brake fluid and possibly gear oil. I'd probably not bother with PAS oil unless the steering is rough or the HICAS light comes on. Then check the rubber hoses to make sure they're not perished; and that the brake pads are not binding on the discs....

 

Then drive it gently at first, building up speed as and when you are happy that everything seems in order. Welcome back to Zedding mate!!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

You should look for a Shell petrol station fill it up with Vplus or Nitro and go for a nice drive, once you have cleared the car of all wild life:).
