Hello everyone

I've owned a Porsche 928s 4.7 litre for one year and as it is now in prime condition i am thinking of selling it and moving sideways to a 300zx

What can everyone tell me about looking for when i buy one,has anyone any pictures of one interior and exterior, any inherent problems with the 300zx and does anyone want to swap a Porsche 928s for one???

This is my car and it is far from a best condition one. The digital camera that was uses makes the interior look not as nice as it is in really life. The camera was one of the first ones out and the colour quality isnt that good.

You should really take some one who knows the car when you go look at one becuase they know what to look for and there are some diag tests you can do to find any problems.

All cars have their problems especially sports cars, however the cars are at an age now where they most of the troubled parts would have been replaced.

As you know owning a large engined car that they last forever but abuse it and you are looking at a lot of trouble. My engine has done over 155,000 miles and is still smooth and strong and starts first time every time.

Hi Alex,

Can I just say that the 928 is my fav porker! I wanted one but the engine size is massive. I love the Jag XJ-S aswell but with 5.4 litres yeah you go quick but so does the petrol.

Would love to go out in a 928 though, my fondest memory of speed and acceleration without a turbo was in a Jag XJ-S they are like a freight train when they get going! ;)
