what is your preffered footwear? ive been looking at numerous sets of footwear and ive done a test on a heat mat to determine the type of foot i have (nearly flat footed which is quite common) and i was in sports direct and the girl showed me some karriomore running shoes which she said was a best seller

but i would like some feed back, asiscs gel seem to be the number one but not having a lot of spare cash lately im not wanting to spend £100 on shoes unless they are really worth it

ive also seen the adidas boost shoes, does anyone have them and are they really worth the £120 price tag?

oh and i have a birthday coming up in august (the 3rd) if any kind sole (see what i did there lol) would like to treat me lol

thanks for the advice people

knees are a biit sore today, really enjoyed it and im doing the local parkrun on saturday (My bday treat to me) its 5k so should manage that quite easy after last nights 9k, sounds better in kilometers lol

I've had a knee problem for years (done the ligament or something) and that was before running. I now wear a support when running just as a matter of course and touch wood, not had any issues with it apart from the odd twinge now and again.

Never though running could be enjoyable but it does clear the head too and it's a huge feel good factor isn't it :)

ive loved the running and thr HIIT we do, when your running you forget about the stresses fo the day as your thinking about where your going, still on 12 stone but better than the 14 i was at chrimbo though lol
