So just started watching the tv series called revolution which is about when the power

in the whole world goes off so all technology is now defunked and useless.

 

And in episode 2 we get a glance of a piece of tech computer that was mish mashed

together which I'm guessing to form a working computer from various other parts,

abviously scripted like that on purpose but on a freeze frame who can spot the issues

and also the impossibilities of this setup ?

 

 

mini atx MB ... Open HD ...open PSU

all sat on top of Full size Mother board and Bridge rectifier

 

oh and a few other random Circuit boards thrown in for good looks

 

 

its funny i watch a low budget syfi film the other day and the cot-pit of the ship was full of Keyboards and Random Clutch plate

I enjoyed Revolution series one though I have to say, even though its a bit weak sometimes and the acting is pants. I like the post apoc stuff!

I've watched all them Revolutions but not thought as deeply about it as you Lee !!

Do you think it's just plain laziness or lack of budget ?

Not sure as it was so long ago I likely wouldn't recognise the bits that were suppose to be high tech !!:laugh:
