2 days to get it running

Ok after 3 years the engine is back and all plumbed in. Had a quick fire up tonight has a misfire and will not idle.

 

So going to spend the next 2 days to get it running and sounding how it should.

 

Also just installed a PTU S2 and does not have a air filter yet? was lost in the post again!!

 

So the question is where should I start?

    It will take a while for the ecu to re learn the engines settings, but check all the vac pipes, connections and not having an air filter wont help much lol
