Can I remove front fogs?

I've just got a Zenon bumper and I want to smooth over the holes for the front fog lights. But if I do this there's not really anywhere else I can put them. I know a lot of cars don't come with front fog lights but if I remove them from a car that's meant to have them would it fail the mot?

you can remove the fogs .. but if you have a Jap import your side lights are in there so u will need to relocate the side lights in to the indicator units or New ones all together

Thanks mark. I've gotta buy new side lights anyway to fit the new bumper, they're off an mx3. Glad I can get rid of the fogs though.

front fogs are not part of the mot test, so makes no difference whether you had them or not

Yup - what he said....!!

Plus you can then use the redundant front fog light switch for your rear fogs - keeps it more OEM looking!!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
