hi ive been offered a l reg skyline gtst tje bloke said that it has sat for a little while so now it hard to start,he says it could be lamba sensor, maf sensor etc,any1 have any idea what the problem could be and whether it would be expensive

could be cold start lamba spliut induction or even the plugs are shot because been damp so long

well couldnt say without it in front of me i mean they are difficult to start if exhaust wheel has fell of the turbo as well a common problem on that engine for example

Easiest way is to get a diagnostic check done on it. Saves messing around and will either tell you exactly which sensor is the issue, or rule them all out which would then point to a mechanical issue.

what colour is it out of interest, we've seen a few skyline recently,

you could be as lucky as just needs a new battery,

a consult check should help find the fault,

tbh with an old skyline like that your best getting a mechanic to go with you.
