Hey folks!

I am going to London from the 17 to the 21 on April spending some short days off there; was wondering if anyone would recommend me a nice Guest House or Budget Hotel not really expensive for these 4 days? doesn´t really matter if it´s on London center since my plan is to rent a car so i can move around; I remenber some years ago I stood on this nice Guest House in Luton..lady´s name was Mrs Bernadette..but I lost the card they gave me and can´t seem to find the place anymore on the net.

Would be nice to hear some recommendations

If you want a budget hotel try Gower Hotel, it's in walking distance to Oxford St, very near tube and railway stations.

 

Wife stopped there but it is budget but adequate, you get full English breakfast included as well.

 

Don't know why you'd want to drive in London though.

If i were you i would avoid driving in london full stop! You have the congestion charge to pay and parking is ridiculous your best bet would be to find accommodation on the out skirts and travel into london on public transport.

I always go on the train to London, sod driving round that place..lol

We always get train into london and then stop over, but I do deliver into london at least once or so a week for work it's not that bad if you avoid getting in there at peak times

Me and the Mrs stayed in the Travel Lodge in Covent Garden, booked it online and added breakfast, wasn't too expensive and central for everything.
