Hello guys.

So i got a problem, my AVC-R, no matter what boost i set up, max boost its always 0.9 bar.

Yesterday i want to test something and i set it up for 1.0 bar, max boost an AVC-R screen was 0.9 bar.

So i try set it up at 1.1 bar , short run and.... 0.9 bar on AVC-R max boost screen...

I got GT2560R turbos so i think 1.0 bar is not a big problem for them...

Anybody know whats wrong?

PS. my AVC-R setup is like this - http://z32.wikispaces.com/file/view/TT_Vac_BoostController.png/231588342/TT_Vac_BoostController.png

Cheers Konrad

Take it u dont have dump valves.

other then dump valves, try pulling pipes off has u said leave actuator side open block the other side.

If it boost more then u know its to do with controller or something like that.

have you tried adjusting the duty cycle?

Ok so i try it, but also i reconect every hoses i use in my AVC-R so im not sure whats make it better.

So i set up my Duty Cycle at 60% (its a little hight i think...) and when i set up Boost to 1.0 bar i got 0.9 bar , and when i set it to 1.1 bar i got 1.0 bar ...

Hmm strange, its look like i always got -0.1 from what i set :/ .

Terry - i got blow offs

Unsure on blow off valves mate, if u tried everything else, can u not take them off.

And try recircs.

Has said I had blitz dump valves and they leaked inside the system, it run fine but couldn't make much boost funny thing is it was around 12-13psi too.

Good luck

Turn the boost settting to OFF (not A or B) check what boost pressure you get. Before you use setting A or B again check that every line is connected correct to the AVC-R. Check that the vacuum line is correct on the solenoid. (if I remember correct: from wategate to COM side. From turbo side to on on the solenoid)

Also check the connections to the ECU.
