On a trip over to help Voddy yesterday with his wire loom change my Zeds heating was all over the place. It was going hot then cold, steaming up the windscreen and I was getting smoke/vapour out of the vents!

 

There wasn't a strong smell the the vapour and it was coming and going with the temp changes. I still haven't had time to get my fusebox out and check that for corrosion so is there anything there that might not be working that is screwing with my heaters or could it be the matrix itself?

All bypassed to went to fill up the water so I could let the zed warm up and all the water is pissing out the bottom of my water bottle!

 

Had enough for today so will get it in the air tomorrow and have a look there

May have been a bit of a idiot and was filling up the expansion tank.
