Speedo convertor/delimiter

I've managed to aquire a speedo convertor/delimiter which i'd like to fit to my J import. Unfortunately I do not have the wiring instructions for it. :(

Does anybody have these by any chance?

    i havent got a clue but is there anywhere i can take my zx to be derestricted?????? it only goes 200kmh!!!
