my intentions are to remove all arms, suspension and springs and refurb, obviously its possible to paint up the non moving parts in heat resistant paint , but is there a way to polish up the springs and suspension as they are aftermarket parts and would be a shame to be replaced

I think someone on here painted their springs and shocks. Try a search cause I can't remember who it was. They did look smart once done.
