really i dont see what the problem is .. its only snow

Like your new avatar mate, suit's you sir...

We have about 6-8 inches here in The Chilterns!!!

I knew it was coming but I still ignored the forecast and drove the Merc to work this morning..... And as the snow fell, the more I felt it was a mistake!!

But I left early and made it home safely; once I got out of Aylesbury the roads were not too good, but at least they were empty and I got to Great Missenden with no drama...... Until I tride to drive up the very steep, long hill into Prestwood. Not easy, in a 308bhp RWD auto - but with the TC off, 'box switched to manual plus some handy accelerator work and flappy paddle action, I made it - albeit mostly sideways!!!

Merc is safely on the drive - and Julia will be home later with the Rav-4; so that will be our mode of transport for the next few days. LOL

Richard:cool3:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I've been around high Wycombe, kings Langley, Bourne end Luton n Northampton n they were starting to get really bad around dinner time, m1 back home was ok and now our streets back here are a mare, getting worse by the minute

Oh we'll I love the snow :) might have to build a snowman with my little lad
